Beginning on Friday, November 8th at 8am and continuing through Thursday, November 21st at 4pm, parents can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select from the conference time slots available. Conferences will take place as follows:

Monday, November 25th, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm (in-person only)
Tuesday, November 26th, 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm (virtual only)
Wednesday, November 27th, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm (virtual only)
You can sign up for conferences by logging in to your HCPSS Connect parent account.  Please access the guide linked here for step-by-step instructions

A few things to consider:

1. You must be logged in through your parent account, you cannot access conference scheduling through your student's account.

2. We have found that Firefox is the best web browser to use when signing in to the parent portal.

3.  If you are having issues with scheduling conferences, you can contact the front office between the hours of 7:30 am-3:00pm Monday through Friday.
